Herb stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server. You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Herb to:
- Store or distribute illegal content
- Reverse engineer or copy the extension for commercial distribution
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the extension in ways that harm other users
4. Community Rules
When you publish rules to the Herb community, you grant other Herb users the right to view and import those rules. Do not publish rules containing API keys, passwords, or any sensitive personal or business information.
5. Disclaimer
Herb is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or compatibility with third-party AI tools. We are not liable for any loss of data or productivity resulting from use of the extension.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Herb after changes means you accept the updated terms.
